If you're not taking medication for depression, I'd recommend taking them. They help me a ton. If you're taking them and still nothing, drink plenty of water, and occasionally take walks. The body needs to absorb sunlight. Hope you get better soon.

i drink plenty of water, i enjoy walking a lot and i've been taking meds....they just dont work
